Finally made it Tsuki last night and have to thank Nina W. and the others who have all suggested it!!! We did an omakase for $40 and found we couldn't even finish it because we were full - ended up only being $35/person - about $4/piece. Was amazing though! The fish was some of the best we've had - all incredibly tender and beautiful cut. There were absolutely no veins, no chewiness, just melt in your mouth fish. the rice was nicely warm (but slightly less than body temperature) and looser than we were used to - it fell apart in your mouth and sometimes in your chopstick. the sauces they used were unusual for us as well - incl. a carrot sauce and a dill sauce we never had before on sushi. interesting touch. this may surpass Jewel Bako as our favorite, but we have not yet been to Sushi Yasuda or Kurumazushi (sp?) or Nobu.
