I am trying to find a great recipe for anadama bread. While I've found some online, they are serviceable and do not quite seem to have the right balance of butter, cornmeal and molasses goodness for me. Most also are geared for bigger bread machines, so perhaps they're not as suitable for halving for a smaller, 1-lb bread machine (I have the small Zojirushi).
Does anyone have a tested and delicious recipe for anadama in a 1-lb loaf, or a halv-able (yep, not a word) recipe, for a bread machine? I wouldn't mind experimenting with the recipe I have, but the thought of having to eat 2-3 loaves of so-so bread until I find the perfect mix isn't appealing right now.
