Does anyone have any good Tres Leche cake variations they're willing to share?
My normaal recipe calls for evaporated milk, heavy cream, and Eagle Brand condensed, as the 3 milks. Today I substituted Coco Lopez pina colada "stuff" for Eagle Brand condensed . It worked well and was okay in terms of a slight variation, but it still needed something- something pineappley. Maybe some fresh pineapple tidbits on top, or something.
