Lol I am so non-GC; gastronomically correct. Keep your aioli and basil and pine nuts and fennel off my food. If I want the taste of licorice, I'll go to a candy store.
I use shallots instead of garlic. No butter on my steak please. No melted butter for my lobster and clams. Love butter for corn and rice and mashed potatoes and bread [no olive oil]. Can you guess that Italian is never my first choice, although I've had many fine Italian meals.
