Tremendous Indian Food in Queens (heads up!)

Not all Manhattan hounds read the Outer Boros board, so this is just a heads up to say that the best Indian food I've ever eaten in a restaurant is being served in Sunnyside Queens, a five minute walk from the 46th st stop on the 7th train. It's far better than even the Jackson Diner of yore. Definitely worth a trip.

4811 43rd Ave, near 49th St
Sunnyside, Queens

Just about everyone loves their food, but some outer boros posters report frustration with the time it takes the kitchen to prepare the food (they make almost everything from scratch). And the people running it are as sweet as angels, but are not restaurant pros. But a meal there offers the experience of being invited to the home of the best home chef in a Banladeshi village for dinner. I've eaten there many many times lately, and never felt that I deserved anything so wonderful. We are lucky indeed.

Please direct discussion of this place to the Outer Boroughs board (either to one of many existant threads, or start a new one), so we can keep this board focused on Manhattan. Again, this was just a quick "heads up"
