I wrote last Monday about this restaurant and the fantastic meal I had. It was indeed the best Italian I had had in Coral Gables. However I did have some concerns about certain issues (efficiency on the floor and in the kitchen). I ended up going another two times (Wednesday and Saturday). Wednesday was a repeat in quality, but even slower in the kitchen. The Chef came out as usual to take our orders and then proceed to cook them, etc. etc. Overall great. Saturday however, there were a few more tables booked. Long story short the meal stretched well over an hour from appetizers to the meal and when it came out it was quite poor. When I say poor, I mean inedibly so. The chef can cook a great meal but for now, I would say stay away until they figure out how to run a restaurant properly. I may try them again in a year, if they're still around but for now I apologize if anyone made the trek over there on my recommendation.
