Arrived for a 7:00 reservation at Craft last night shocked to see the restaurant at less than 50% capacity. Every seat at the bar was empty and the tables for larger parties in the front of the restaurant were empty.
By 9 things were a bit more busy, but still remarkably quiet for a normally bustling place like Craft.
Food was excellent as always, by the way. Sweetbreads, shortribs, kumamoto oysters, hen of the woods mushrooms, beet salad, and doughnuts were all amazingly fresh and satisfying.
