i am in tokyo for a month learning about their food and culture, but do to communication difficulties i find it difficult to get advice on where the best spots for food are. i get taken out to local udon, tempura, and donburri places,which are all so great but i wanna know what should not be missed. does any NYC hound have any knowledge on the tokyo restaurant scene? i would also love a rec. on one no expense barred kaiseki style meal. domo des!
