This Sunday, I'm going on a birthday outing with 7 friends in the touristy part of San Francisco, near the Embarcadero (Jefferson & Mason), and then I'd like to go out for pre-dinner drinks and/or small bites around 5pm. I'm looking for something with a nice atmosphere and not a touristy feel. Some of my friends are vegetarian and some don't drink alcohol, so the place should include options for those folks too. Any suggestions for a place for tea, cocktails/mocktails, appetizers, tapas, etc. near that part of northern San Francisco?
