Monday nights @ Muse is Top Chef Canada night.
They have TVs in a couple of locations so you can watch while you dine.
We were in the bar so more social and closer to libations.
I had some oysters, the scallop appetizer and the red snapper main - all of which were excellent as is par for Muse.
Xavier mingles with the crowd.
You also have the opportunity to sample the dish from the previous week so you can see how your palate compares to those of the judges.
The cake/brownie was on tap for dessert. I didn't try it but my companions said it was very good although not as dense as a standard brownie.
We also got an amuse bouche which was very tasty and as it turned out was the 'un-eatable' dish from the current episode.
All in all a fun evening.
