Can anyone top the burrito al pastor at Farolito?

Jack Barber | Apr 22, 200310:03 PM     13

And if so, why is another burrito better?

I know this is polemical, and there's no accounting for taste, but I'm coming to town and want to know. And I don't see any super-recent posts on the subject.

I used to live in SF but ten years prior. I ate many many burritos -- sunken boats at Cancun, etc. etc. etc. -- but was never made happier than at Farolito. The salsas are great too. It's hard to think of one without having one nearby to eat.

One other question, just checking the phone book and I don't see the address for the Farolito that used to be over near Alabama, only two on Mission. Is the Alabama one still there??? I always thought the food was better at the one near the BART on Mission but enjoyed sitting at this one more.
