I use chopsticks.
I think they are the perfect tool to make scrambled eggs.
Nimble enough to stir the eggs while in the pan without creating gaping holes. In fact, with chopsticks you can swirl the egg mixture in tiny circles -- which is infinitely better than just stirring.
And dainty enough to use to scramble just one egg -- hey, sometimes I just ain't that hungry. A large wooden spoon or spatula is almost impossible to use for one egg. Sort of like using the proverbial hammer to swat a fly.
