So I'm watching A Cook's Tour. Again. The one in Singapore.

One of the dishes featured is Prata. It's a thin, thin pastry, filled with egg, ground lamb, and onion, then folded up into a rectangle and cooked on the griddle until the outer shell gets crispy and flaky. Looked incredible, and I'd love to try it, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it specific to the Indian neighborhoods of Singapore? Does it have another name?

thanks-

Pearl
