It must be the cold, but I'm craving the "variety meats" prepared in the Chinese way. Any suggestions on the best place for these? They don't necessarily need to all be in the same restaurant. I'm looking for the hot dishes, not the cold appetizers.
Open to any of these meats (stomach, tendon, chicken feet etc.) except brains and intestines, I'm still working on those.
Also recpies for preparing tongue at home welcome.
