After reading about this restaurant in this site we ate there last night. Interesting, inexpensive, good restaurant and fun to go to. This appears to be a regional cuisine featuring noodles & dumplings (i.e. pot stickers.) Can anyone tell me the region? The food is subtly flavored, not nearly as strongly flavored as I'm used to, but it's very good. They sell frozen take out potstickers which are very good and fresh. They seem to be rather sweet people and don't speak English well. I bet this place does a land-office business at lunch.
