Tokyo-Go-Go ownership shift?

tara | Aug 22, 200412:34 PM

Anyone know anything about the shift in ownership of Tokyo-Go-Go?

My girlfriend and I ate there last night and noticed a yellow "change of ownership" sign in the window. We asked our server about it, and she said that the two brothers who'd co-owned Tokyo-Go-Go and Ace Wasabi's in the Marina had decided to each singly own one of the restaurants.

Tokyo-Go-Go apparently also has a new executive chef. The food was as good as ever, although the menus looked different (just sheets of paper, not in a plastic menu binding like before).

Wondering if anyone knows the deal.
