Hi All,

I will be travelling to Tokyo for the first time later in the year, and was hoping to get some advice on potential restaurants for dinner during my 4 night stay. I wanted to try squeeze in a good variety, and try make best use of my hotel concierge (Tokyo Station Hotel). So far I have the following:

Sushi: Arai, Sawada, Hashiguchi, Harutaka, Sushi Sho or Sushi Shin (maybe also fit Iwa in for lunch)
Steak: Shima
Tempura: Fukamachi
Other: DEN Tokyo, Florilège or Quintessense

We don't have any experience at any high-end sushi restaurants so would be great to get some advice on which of these would be beginner friendly (we don't speak any Japanese).

Thanks!
