Toisan Treat at Wing Sing - SF Chinatown

Was on the way to Kam Po for lunch with my Mother today ....... I mentioned to her that they have Gai Loong: a fried glutinous rice dumpling that is popular among folks from Toisan at Ma's Dim Sum & Cafe while we were walking by. She mentioned that they also have them at New Wing Sing on 1125 Stockton St. Before I headed home I stopped by to buy one .... thinner dough than the one at Ma's ...... generous amount of filling: good dried shrimp flavor and nice texture. Liked it better than the one at Ma's.
