Toddler in Times Square

mchang | Mar 24, 2008 11:54 AM

We're in town for a week for a conference (along with 10,000 other tourists -- sorry!). Need food options for me, wife, friends, and a 16 month old. Since he's still adjusting to out-of-home sleeping, he might be cranky at dinner times, so places that are kid/toddler friendly are a must -- upscale is probably not in the cards. Lunch, dinner, breakfast, we need all of them!

We are from Boston, and WE eat anything (toddler too). But, our friends are not so keen on Thai and Indian. Asian fusion would be fantastic.

We are based at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Anything real close is a super plus. A search of the board yielded:

Carmine's
Trattoria Trecolori
Ruby Foo's
Basilica

I understand I won't get a true NYC Chow experience in Times Square with my constraints, but hey, I'm looking for passable and I trust my fellow Chow Hounds! So, where should we go?
