Since this is more of a serving suggestion than a recipe, I guess I'll post here.
I heated up TJ's frozen palak paneer (spinach + indian cheese) today, and realized that, unlike some of TJ's other frozen Indian dishes, it doesn't come with rice.
Fortunately, I was simultaneously roasting up TJ's Teeny Tiny Potatoes (I boiled 5 mins, then baked in a pan coated with olive oil for 30 mins, and finished with a brief broiling and a shake of cayenne). So I combined the two, spooning the palak paneer over the spuds.
The result was magical (sum way better than the parts). I may never go back to rice.
I think the shake of cayenne on the potatoes was absolutely critical.
