TJ's Greenwheat Freekeh - where to find elsewhere?

melisky | Nov 19, 2009 07:43 AM

I picked up a new product called Greenwheat Freekeh, a young durum wheat at Trader Joe's the other day and just heated it up this morning for breakfast with some raisins and a little maple syrup - Yum! It's similar in flavor to buckwheat, but a larger whole grain.

Apparently, it's also known as "farik" in Arabic cuisine. In any case, I'm a new fan and will continue to buy this at TJ's, but I'm curious if anyone has seen it anywhere else, maybe by another name?
