Tired, and Bored With Meat, Poultry, and Fish - Uses For Veggie Fish Cakes

Using it for stir-fry, and soups are obvious. But it dawned on me that I don't know what they're made of/from. Realize that too much of anything is not good, but exactly what would I be ingesting? Purchased at Korean market. No ingredient list. Your favorite preparations are appreciated as well. Will post on V&V board too. TIA.
