I have a great recipe for Pumpkin Tiramisu from Food & Wine Mag (Nov 2014) that came out beautifully. I won't make a tiramisu that has raw eggs, so this one really appealed to me. I'd like to do it again, but with something other than pumpkin puree. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking maybe substituting a can of Almond filling? Does that exist? It would have to be a mousse type filling to work in this recipe. I also noticed a spectacular recipe for a Trifle in Epicurious involving white chocolate and raspberry. And I just picked up a nice glass trifle dish at WalMart on the clearance table! I've got to use it!
