Tips on new spots in in SF

I'm a San Francisco expat in New York who's on a five-day trip back to SF, with little or nothing to do except eat at all my favorite haunts. But I'm wondering what I've been missing. Any recomendations for places to blow my socks off? I'm a fan of Tu Lan and House of Nan-King, Cafe Trieste for Espresso con Panna, Ti-Couz for Crepes and French-Onion soup, Chavas for Chorizo and Eggs, Mamma's Royal Cafe and Kate's Kitchen for Breakfast, Brother-in-Law's for BBQ, Red's Java Hut for Burgers and Beer, Boulevard and Citron for fine, fine food, Flying Saucer or ecclecticism and Ebisu for Sushi.
What am I missing? Please help.
