Mrs. Mousse and I are planning a confections survey in SF and the East Bay. We've found good truffle leads. I'm looking for: caramel, brittle, toffee and especially nougat.
I've done some research and found: XOX Truffles, Z Cioccolato, Joseph Schmidt, Richart.
What are we missing that's worth trying?
