Help with tiny Italian place in the Village

squirrel | Jul 27, 2004 09:36 AM

I stumbled upon a place (it's not far from Oliviers & Co.) and a friend and I ended up having dinner there. It seems that the Italian word for "we" (noi) was in the name but I'm not having any luck finding it. They had a framed review from the Voice displayed. There were maybe 3-4 tables near the front, the kitchen was open, long and narrow and there were another 5 or 6 tables in the back. The proprietress is from Rome and her husband/chef Sicilian.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Oh, and the decor was largely white, yellow and blue (typical Mediterranean style, tiles, etc).

Thanks in advance for any help.
