An Old Timer Worth Doing

Le Petite Chateau in North Hollywood on Lankershim. Wife and I went there for dinner tonight and had an incredible meal. Split a salad. Wife had the steak tartare prepared tableside and I had the broiled sweetbreads both to die for or die from. Two glasses of wine. Tax tip and out the door for $120. An intimate classy restaurant. Good chef in the kitch, and I should have asked for his name but failed to do that. I highly recommend this restaurant to my fellow Chowhounders and await seeing comments both positive, negative or interested.
