Timber Bangor Maine

Had dinner at Timber in Bangor next to the Cross Center in the Marriot. Very nice atmosphere and attentive service. Had the Lamb two ways. T bone and Shoulder. Pumpkin puree work well with the meat. Shoulder was better with accompanied vegetables & the T bone held true to lamb flavor. Garlic cream pasta was well executed with pine nuts but not unique. Protein was sparse (chicken), the potion of the pasta left a full meal (for take home) and portions of Lamb was perfect. Desert was pumpkin cheese cake, large portion with bourbon ginger crust very nice. Blueberry tart was not sweet with a true blueberry taste and medium sugared crust.

Will return.
