I was like a little kid in a candy store. Extensive Cuban and Columbian menu, and I wanted to sample almost everything.

Chicken Empanada ($1) was excellent, but I prefered the flavor of the Pxxxxx, which was chopped beef in a tasty pastry ($1.75). (Can't remember what it was called)Hubby's black bean soup was wonderful. I ordered a platter of beef tongue in a tasty sauce, potatos, fried sweet plantain, cassaba, yellow rice and beans on the side! All that, and mighty tasty, for $13.50. Fresh lemonade, desserts that beckoned, but were resisted.

Wonderful friendly service; convenient parking lot across the street; we will be back. This place was a winner. Thank you Chowhounds for this tip.

Our friends enjoyed their food as well. It was more than the food--not just our server, but everyone, including the customers, helped one feel welcome.
