Thyme Cafe-Eagleville

Gave the new Thyme cafe a try tonite...I would say overall it was good and we will try it again...close to home...good service...nice menu. Wed thru Sat they have $15 , 3 course meal until 5:30 which we were too late for tonite....

I had the hummous appetizer which was interesting...whipped hummous with feta within...along with sliced carrots and cucumbers and pita wedges....only thing missing were the advertised olives (waitress said they ran out last nite?????????)

My husband had black bean soup (unfortunately for me...NOT vegetarian) which he said was good....he then had the fish tacos which he pronounced good...tho not quite worth the $18 for the 3 small sized tacos...and for dessert he tried the choc chip banana bread pudding with ice cream.

Again...everything was good (not great), service was good and it is close enough to try it again. It is VERY SMALL....very clean looking tho I really wish they would have painted ALL the walls of the dining room the tuscan color of 2 walls....the 2 white walls...white ceilings....white sconces...white dishes....were all just a BIT TOO WHITE for me.......

Love to hear others thoughts!
