Your thoughts on our anniversary dining week

okay mes amis, we are closing in on our food-fest, May 20 - 25.
Staying in the 7th, bordering the 6th. On Souphie's advice had booked at les élsyees du vernet for wedding anniversary supper on the 21st, but with chef's departure have decided on Auguste, which is in walking distance.

First day, we will not venture very far, so probably lunch at au pied de fouet, and supper at Oudino.

We will probably go to the louvre for our umpteenth visit on the 21st, and then visit the church at St. Germain d'auxerrois right next door (sentimental reasons, since the first of our ancestors to arrive in Canada was baptised there in the early 1600's!). So considering a light lunch at Le Fumoir. Really looking forward to dinner at Auguste on the 21st....small, intimate and, we hope, romantic.

22nd will involve Musée d'orsay and Invalides, so thinking about au petit tonneau for lunch, and chez l'ami jean for supper.

Friday, we have reservations at Ze Kitchen Galerie for supper. Saturday is our last wandering around day, and we thought of having our final meal at Grannie...again, trying to stay in the neighbourhood.

Wish we had more time, because there are so many others we would like to try. Any lunch recommendations? Are we foolish to not go to L'Os à moelle? Any other must-not-miss?

We are huge cheese fans and very pleased to be close to Quatrehomme....I think we will be indulging in many cheesy breakfasts in our apartment!

thanks all,

yazter
