I thought it was bacon ...

I had some bacon-looking meat in my freezer that I tried to cook up last night - bought from a local farmer's market a couple months ago. The label says "Pasture raised pork fresh side". However, it's not smoked or cured like bacon, and now I am not sure what to do with it. It pretty much tastes like pork chop, but is fatty like bacon. Any ideas?
