what can I do with it other than serve it as is with dessert or fresh fruit?
I'm gonna come clean here and confess that the cream thing has been a learning experience for me since I moved to England.

"What did it all mean???" I asked myself, since in the states the only thing I had heard of was heavy whipping cream. After trial and error I figured it all out but now I have two containers of Thick double cream bought by accident (only wanted double cream) and I don't know what to do with it and it expires in two days.
