I thought it was a good idea at the time when I convinced my family to rent a house for Thanksgiving weekend. But now I'm starting to panic as this requires a lot of organization. I have no idea how well equipped the kitchen is. Two of us will be arriving on Tuesday and the others Wednesday night or Thanksgiving. There will be 12 adults for Thanksgiving dinner, and about 14 for lunch (turkey sandwiches) on Friday. Any suggestions will be much appreciated - kitchen equipment we should bring? what could be made in advance or partially in advance? how to simplify things? Thanks!
