Mine menu is posted below in another thread, but to quickly sum up:
Alice Water Brined turkey
Green beans with lemon, garlic and parmasean
Panchetta sauteed artichoke
Cornbread stuffing with chestnuts and all the stuff that usually goes into stuffing.
Wild rice salad with shallots, dried cranberries and walnuts.Oven roasted butternut squash, sweet poatoes and potatoes with thyme and rosemary.
And for dessert upside down cranberry walnut pumpkin cake.
