My thread of conversation is Thai Broken Rice. I want to know what is the way to prepare and cook this variety of rice to achieve the best results. I have read on some forum it has to be treated in a totally different way to basmati rice. 'Basmati Rice' This is the vairiey i am used to cooking. Thank you for your help
Note. I post some photos of my first attempt the ruce managed to turn out clumped.
