Now that its starting to get cold here in New York (not to mention the non-stop rain), I've been craving texas chili. I'd like to make my own one of these weekends but have not experience making my own and even worse is that I have no recipe. Does anyone have a great recipe? I'm looking for a nice, spicy, hearty texas chili (absolutely no beans!!). I have access to all sorts of dried chile peppers and beef cuts. Thanks.
