Two days ago, I had lunch at Terrace 5 in MoMA. I ordered a wonderful little sandwich: "Esbenshade Farms Egg Salad served on parmigiano scone with pancetta."
This simple sandwich was surprisingly good. Chunks of pancetta were mixed in the egg salad mixture. Perhaps cream cheese, not mayo, held the mixture together...
Has anyone shared my experience at Terrace 5?
