Gary Soup had a great tip for a tea gelato in a topic about a closed ice cream shop. As an alternative suggestion he wrote about the very much open Yogoo:
"The green tea gelato at Yogoo Gelato is good, IMHO. They make a crepe/cone called "Oriental Delight" which is a scoop of green tea gelato and a scoop of lichee topped with seaweed and gingko nuts that almost turned me back into an ice cream eater. "
Too good a tip to get buried in another topic.
This topic comes up from time to time, but what else is good out there in the way of frozen tea delights? I love tea-flavored ice cream ... any to avoid? When tea ice cream is bad, it is horrid.
