TEA

1001dinners | Sep 5, 201105:51 PM

Of late I have been noticing the vast number of dried fruit and berry mixtures available described as tea.
This seems to be a bit of a stretch from the original Chinese teaclassified by Linnaeus as Camellia sinensis. When is a tea not a tea. should we not respect the original and just call the rest of them infusions or some thing like that?
