I've got tasting plates, now what?

Okay, I have been buying tasting plates out the yingyang, but never know what to do with them. So far I've served shrimp cocktail, chicken salad, hummus and tabbouleh and stuffed mini pears, but I'm at a loss.

Where are all the websites with recipes? These things are being sold everywhere, but all I ever see is pictures of desserts, soups, caprese salads and that's kind of it. Where are my resources for these plates?!? I'm not creative with this stuff, I need direction!
