Need some help with tasting menus, coffee

Hello fellow CHers,
My husband and I have a celebration trip to Chicago coming up at the beginning of April. I've done my research, and thanks to your excellent recommendations on this board narrowed things down. This is our tentative chow itinerary:

Thursday supper: The Purple Pig
Friday lunch: Sable
Friday supper: Frontera Grill?
Saturday lunch: ?
Saturday supper: Alinea
Sunday lunch: Deep dish pizza (Lou Malnati's?)
Sunday night: Cubs game
Monday brunch: Little Goat Diner

I would like to do another tasting menu on Friday night.
Since we are hoping to score an Alinea reservation for the Saturday night, we want something different from Alinea, but still technically interesting, fun, and most of all, delicious. I've looked at Moto, Elizabeth, and El Ideas, and can't decide between the three. Thoughts?

Also, we will be staying near the Magnificent Mile, and will be relying on public transportation/our feet to get around. Any local coffee spots that we shouldn't miss near where we will be staying?

Thanks in advance! I will make sure to report back.
