As a young student doing an internship in the Dog Patch, I was looking for eating something which was not hamburgers, mexican food or chinese food... I was so complicated. But after a 5min walk, I found a place which makes me fell in love : La Fromagerie. The first time I ate as a "gourmet" sandwich called the " Parisien " with fresh Gruyere and Jambon de Paris which was a delight...that's why now I come back once a week testing evertytime a different sandwich : Duck one, vegan one ... so fantastic ! More over, you don't need to spend more than 10 $ to have a good sandwich at La Fromagerie !
And enthusiats take not : if you are a wine, beer of cheese lover, you will also find there a variety of all those products coming from europeans and others countries of the world.. So without dubts, I really recommand this great place of San Francisco for people who are interested in finding rare and typically strangers products.
