I've been asked to make tortilla española for a large party and I'm going to use the chowhound recipe. I want to use the most flavorful eggs I can get my hands on. Any supplier within the bay area or I-80 cooridor to Sacramento is fair game. I don't care about organic, free range, vegetarian, high omega-3, blah, blah, blah. I just want maximum chicken egg flavor. I've got a message in at Cafe Fanny in the hopes of learning their supplier, but I'd love to hear other suggestions.
