Tarte d'alsace at TJs

This new TJ product is outstanding. It is a "french style flat bread with ham, caramelized onions, and gruyere cheese". It also has creme fraiche in the topping. I usually expect TJ frozen products to be decent, garden variety items without preservatives and coloring. Not this tarte!

It is 8 oz. and serves 2 meals for me. A chic meal at a peasant price -$4.29 each.

The instructions for heating call for 450 dgrees. In my oven, that temperature burned the bottom, so be careful with the temperature while baking the tarte.
