Tarpon Springs - Greek Food

~Kat | Aug 2, 2003 01:48 PM

Took a drive up to Tarpon Springs in search of a good greek lunch. On a local recommend we went to Mykonos Located on the Sponges Docks in
Tarpon Springs, Florida. 628 Dodecanese Blvd. I had the special with roasted lamb shanks tossed in orzo pasta and a tomato sauce and my dining partner had the combo plate. We had the Lemon chicken soup to die for along with very fresh, homemade tasting wheat and white bread. The greek salad with the lunch was great with a nice slice of very good feta. All the food was great. Don't expect a lot of service. The building is a bit undesirable, but the food is worth going back for!
Happy eating
