Can anyone tell me where I can find a recipe for taro cake? This is a dim sum, not a big (i.e. Western-style) cake; my wife loves it, and I was able to find a taro root in a supermarket today, so I'm planning on making it.
Also, does anyone know if there is such a thing as taro root flour, so save the trouble of cooking the root? I gather you have to cook it for a long time to make it palatable.
