Hi fellow food lovers,
My wife and I will be landing in Tampa late at night and then driving down the coast through Sarasota to Ft. Myers. On our trips we carefully plan each dinner around a different ethnic cuisine. Here's what we have, and we'd love any feedback.
Because it's almost 11 pm in Tampa when we'll be eating, we've chosen "Ceviche" where we'll nosh on tapas. A friend is taking us to a Peruvian place our first night in Sarasota, but then after that we'd like Greek/middle eastern and thought of either "El Greco" or "Chutney's, etc." Finally, for our last night in Sarasota, we've been to "Columbia" a few times in the past and enjoyed it, so we thought we'd return. In Ft. Myers we'll be on Ft. Myers Beach, so we're thinking of "Anthony's on the Gulf" for Italian and then either "La Brasserie" or "Michel and Michelle's" for French or "Manni's" for German. Finally on our last night in Tampa before heading back to the west coast, we thought we'd try "Cafe Creole" for New Orleans food and live jazz. What do you think?
