A few weeks ago i needed a quick bite before a meeting in Watsonville. I popped into what used to be Lucy's Tamales, now called The Tamale Factory on Main Street.
I tried one pork tamale and a medium champurrado, costing me $5 and change. The masa's quite smooth and pork was seasoned to an assertive medium-hot level. Squeeze bottles of salsa and crema dressed up my plate. And I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
What else is good here?
