First, thanks for all replies , they really helped make our decision. We left the G-ville area, friends Destin, to arrive Tallahassee noon as planned to meet downtown visitor center for lunch. Bad planning, no parking, envision two cars driven by older Americans trying to park to meet deadline 12 noon- bad scene. Somehow we connected and left Tallahassee to make a speedy drive to Thomasville, Georgia for just under the wire timewise for lunch at Liams. This was a day of unplanned firsts, being in Thomasville and finding Liams the best ( this was due to Chow). There we enjoyed a leisurely lunch, even unhurried, by a friendly staff who were just finishing their lunch hour. My husband and I enjoyed fried oysters, their sweet crispness complemented by black sesame seeds tucked within the batter and an organic green salad. Our friends made yum sounds as they munched on their deluxe chicken and hamburg luncheon sandwiches. The space itself is cosy and interesting with bright art work hung on walls that reflect an old timey world. What else could anyone want
